It’s October! And that means it’s Huluween time at the streamer, where a bunch of spooky content is heading our way.

One of those is five new episodes in the anthology series American Horror Stories. FX released a trailer showcasing them today, and in addition to having a star-studded cast, they all look frightening in their own unique ways.

Let’s start with the cast: The upcoming episodes of American Horror Stories feature Michael Imperioli, Henry Winkler, Dyllón Burnside, Debby Ryan, Jeff Hiller, Jessica Barden, Angel Bismark Curiel, Guy Burnet, Victor Garber, and June Squibb.

Quite the line-up! We see several of them in today’s trailer, which also revealed the titles of the upcoming episodes:  “Backrooms,” “The Thing Under the Bed,” “Clone,” “Leprechaun,” and “X,” the last of which appears to be shot in black-and-white and features Winkler as a friendly maniacal scientist of some sort. Color me intrigued.

American Horror Stories is co-created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and is a spinoff of their long-running series, American Horror Story, which features a new story each season. Horror Stories takes that premise but gives us a new story each episode rather than a season-long run.

All five episodes of the latest installment of American Horror Stories start streaming on FX on Hulu on October 15, 2024.
